I have worked and used essential oils in my own life in my Yoga teaching, with ayurveda clients and on my kids for over 10 years.
If you have used them you already know how powerful and potent these aromatic oils are.
Each oil has many therapeutic benefits that include anti-fungal, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, hormone-balancing properties and many more.
Essential oils have a strong effect on the mind and nervous system and can be used in many different ways, such as applied topically when safe (some oils need to be diluted), in a diffuser, applied in a compress, or in a warm bath.
We can use oils to uplift our mood, to enhance concentration, to deepen meditation and to promote deep sleep. Certain oils are stimulating and energizing, some are considered cooling and relaxing and others are known to be grounding and calming.
All Essential Oils
- Have More Than One Effect On The Body, and can be used to target various ailments, and create specific healing effects.
- and Related Aromatherapies Are Tridoshic. In other words, essential oils are not counter-indicative for any Dosha (body-type according to Ayurveda, which is made up of three primary energies - Vata, Pitta, Kapha - that derive from the five elements: space, air, fire, water, earth).
- Are Sattvic In Nature - promoting compassion, wisdom and loving kindness - if used safely.
"Apply amply on wrists throughout the day and allow the power of the oils to support your well-being!"
