This is a traditional 11 day detox and cleansing practice done at home.

It is not a fast, but a personalized cleanse that is based on your constitution and possible current dosha imbalance. It is not a juice cleanse; we will be eating a mono diet that consists of kitchari (basmati rice and split yellow mung beans) for the main part of the cleanse. If you’re feeling tired, tapped out or tense, want to control your weight or are transitioning (menopause) or just want to stay healthy, consider resetting your digestive system through this ancient cleanse.
