We go over your food list together and discuss what works for you and what doesn’t, how to substitute and how to better combine foods to avoid digestive issues. We look at timing and quantity of food intake, quality of waste and power of digestive fire. We look for signs of toxins in the body and you’ll find out how to rid yourself of them. You will learn how to use food as medicine, to heal your body and become more focused. And I’ll show you how to make your own spice mix!
