Sleep is the time when the body is able to repair and heal itself and the mind and emotions become balanced. Lack of sleep is a major cause for depression and unhealthy food cravings. Together we look at various sleep disorders and some of the causes. I will guide you through a bed time ritual that includes breathing exercises, restorative yoga postures, essential oils, scalp and foot massage, meditation and journaling. We will prepare a special ‘nightcap’ together, a warm, herb infused, delicious drink that promotes sleep!
