Sadhana/The Practice
Movement. Breath. Stillness.
Three pillars, one lineage — the teachings of Krishnamacharya, passed down and lived through 25 years of practice and teaching. This is not yoga as exercise. It is yoga as it was meant to be: precise, intelligent, and quietly transformative — a practice that meets your body exactly as it is, and asks it to move with awareness rather than force. A practice that embodies spirit, and reminds us to pause and listen.
Three Pillars
A practice built on presence, not performance
Movement — Asana, practiced with careful attention to alignment. Not chasing a shape, but understanding one — how the body organizes itself around the breath, how strength and flexibility are trained to serve each other rather than compete, creating a symphony.
Breath — Pranayama is not an afterthought here; it is the thread that runs through everything. How you breathe changes how you move, how you think, how you settle. This is where the nervous system actually shifts.
Stillness — Meditation is the destination the first two pillars are quietly building toward. Not forcing the mind to be quiet, but creating the conditions — through the body, through the breath — where stillness becomes possible on its own.
This is the practice as I was trained to teach it, and the practice I still return to myself, every day.
TWO PATHS, ONE PRACTICE
However you practice with me, the lineage stays the same
There are two ways to work with me directly. Many students do both.
ONLINE & LIVE
Practice with me on Zoom, live — real-time classes where I can see you, cue you, and adjust with you, the same way I would in a room. This is not a pre-recorded course. It's a real class, held at real times, with me actually there.
And when live doesn't fit your schedule, the full replay library is yours — every past class, organized and ready, so your practice never depends on being in the right place at the right time.
Choose from single class passes or an ongoing membership, depending on how you want to practice.
IN PERSON, LOS ANGELES
For those who want to be in the room — two studio homes, four classes a week, in Westlake and Agoura Hills. Same lineage, same precision, taught in person.
And for something entirely different: an outdoor class on a deck in the mountains of Topanga Canyon — practicing with the canyon around you, the sky overhead, nothing between you and the present moment but breath.
